IT`S OFFICIAL! LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB SIGN AGREEMENT WITH OUR CARIBBEAN DEVELOPERS: Well, it’s official! For some months now Worldwide Estates have been hearing rumours that Liverpool Football Club were about to form a collaboration with our prestigious Caribbean Developers and today we are proud to announce that one of Europe’s best loved Football Clubs have signed an agreement with Harlequin Hotels and Resorts to open Liverpool Football Soccer Schools throughout their Resorts in the Caribbean.
A number of representatives from LFC will be present at the Harlequin Hotels St Vincent Launch this Tuesday at the Grove Country House Hotel but at short notice we are unsure as yet who will be attending.
It is the intention of Harlequin Hotels and Resorts and Liverpool Football Club to arrange an official launch later in 2009.
WIth Pat Cash, Gary Player, and now LFC on board, Worldwide Estates are even more confident that these fantastic freehold investment properties will continue to be even more successful and profitable for our investors.

DETAILED INFORMATION |
The concept behind Halcyon Hills Resort & Spa is one of ancient tradition coupled with modern luxury. A total of nineteen different property styles will be scattered throughout the resort and every individual property has been mapped and designed to take full advantage of the glorious ocean views.
From kampanas with roof gardens to villas with sprawling terraces and pools, Halcyon Hills Resort & Spa will enjoy a truly authentic village ambience. The Resort will not only be an indulgent holiday home but also an enchanting place to live.
The Halcyon Hills location sits snugly along the south eastern corner of the island, sheltered from the dry heat and more robust waters of the north of the island. The site itself is gently sloping, allowing for each property to enjoy superb sea views. The natural curve of the small bay makes it ideal for the exclusive marina which is planned for the site. Within walking distance to the east is the delightful little hamlet of Klima, where one can visit the local tavernas and facilities or snorkel in the bay.
Facilities at the resort will include the five star spa with infinity pool, well equipped gym, tennis courts, childrens club, traditional and family restaurants, diving and water sports centre, two further shops and a piano bar.
The Marina
At Halcyon Hills will be a subtle yet significant addition to the resort, allowing owners to berth their yachts for convenience whilst island hopping throughout Greece. The new marina at nearby Pythagorio is a mere five miles away from the resort.
The Spa
Delivering well being in pure and luxurious surroundings whilst harnessing the natural healing powers and beauty of the sea; the Spa at Halcyon Hills promises an outstanding experience. It is envisaged that the1,100m2 Spa will use the temple of Hera, which used to grace the island, as the inspiration for its look, feel and atmosphere. The Spa will have numerous treatment rooms and a 180m2 infinity pool merging internal and outdoor use.
