IT`S OFFICIAL! LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB SIGN AGREEMENT WITH OUR CARIBBEAN DEVELOPERS: Well, it’s official! For some months now Worldwide Estates have been hearing rumours that Liverpool Football Club were about to form a collaboration with our prestigious Caribbean Developers and today we are proud to announce that one of Europe’s best loved Football Clubs have signed an agreement with Harlequin Hotels and Resorts to open Liverpool Football Soccer Schools throughout their Resorts in the Caribbean.
A number of representatives from LFC will be present at the Harlequin Hotels St Vincent Launch this Tuesday at the Grove Country House Hotel but at short notice we are unsure as yet who will be attending.
It is the intention of Harlequin Hotels and Resorts and Liverpool Football Club to arrange an official launch later in 2009.
WIth Pat Cash, Gary Player, and now LFC on board, Worldwide Estates are even more confident that these fantastic freehold investment properties will continue to be even more successful and profitable for our investors.

CAMPOVERDE
Campoverde is located in a quiet, undeveloped spot, just 8km away from the Costa Blanca coastline. It is a perfect place to visit if you want to enjoy gorgeous beaches, excellent golf courses and a variety of restaurants and bars, while enjoying some peace and tranquility. The climate in Campoverde is one of the best in all of Spain, with an average of 320 days of sunshine per year.
Things to Do
Campoverde is in the perfect location to enjoy a variety of activities. In the village, there are good sports facilities, with tennis, bowls, badminton, swimming pools, a fantastic sports centre and easy access to the range of golf courses too.
There is a nature reserve to the north east of the village, where you can enjoy pleasant walks in the sun, admiring the beautiful scenery.
Beaches
Set in a wooded countryside area, Campoverde overlooks the stunning Mediterranean Sea, with just a short drive to some gorgeous beaches, several boasting blue flag status, meaning the beaches are regularly cleaned and you can swim safely.
The sandy beaches close by stretch over 4km and include pretty hidden coves, quiet spots and more lively beaches.To the south is The Mar Menor, a well developed tourist area, which is particularly good for water sports and has water temperatures of 5 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean.
Golf
Campoverde is the ideal location for golf. Whether you’ve never picked up a club but would like to, or if you’re a seasoned pro’ you can take full advantage of the excellent variety of courses!
Just a short drive away from the village is the new Lo Romero course. Opened in 2008, the course is designed to be very eco-friendly and is an 18 hole par 72 course.
Also close by are the 3 Orihuela Costa courses, Villamartin (par 72), Las Ramblas (par 72) and Campoamor (par 71) which remain very popular.
Food and Drink
There are many restaurants and bars in Campoverde’s centre, offering a range of cuisine in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There are also supermarkets and markets to pick up some shopping.
Getting Here
Campoverde has excellent travel links, and is easily accessible from Murcia and Alicante airport, with only a 20 minute drive away from Murcia and a 50 minute drive from Alicante.
